Court Dismisses Complaint Against United Medical Center Employee

December 19, 2016 – Washington, D.C. – Charges have been dropped against Premarcos Simon, a United Medical Center (UMC) Emergency Department technician who was accused of sexual assault by a patient. Mr. Simon, 51, denied the sexual assault allegations by the woman he treated at the hospital on December 4.  The Superior Court of the District of Columbia ordered that the complaint filed against Mr. Simon be dismissed without prejudice.
